|The museum’s online collection was originally developed as part of a Wireless Discovery Project using handheld devices to supplement tours inside the museum. Now it is being offered online for the first time. The museum provides this resource at no cost to the public. This is made possible by contributions through members of the museum and by the endowment fund. Students in local schools also can help by doing research reports on items in the museum. The museum is currently looking for volunteers to help with cataloging. In the future it will be possible to view the collections in a larger format with larger text.
